Kerri Carlson, CISR

Kerri has held her Property & Casualty, Life, Accident & Health Insurance Licenses in Pennsylvania for over 20 years. She started her career as a sales and service representative at a local State Farm Agency, before making a career change into the legal world as a paralegal with an elder law and estate planning firm.  Kerri missed the insurance world and joined the agency in January 2020 as an Account Manager for Commercial Lines. She obtained her CISR designation in March of 2024.  Kerri has a passion for customer service and making sure requests get handled in an efficient manner. She is very organized and makes it a priority to keep the commercial lines area of our agency running efficiently. She enjoys spending time with her family and dogs and has a passion for baking!
